The superfood of all our mixes. Rich in nutrients and antioxidants. In addition, oatmeal has a low glycemic index, which means that it is digested and absorbed slowly, making it a long-lasting and stable source of energy. This can help keep blood sugar levels stable. So no high sugar peaks!
Oatmeal also contains proteins and fiber. Important for muscle building and recovery, where fiber contributes to healthy digestion and intestinal health!

Oatmeal is actually just oatmeal, but ground into a flour. It has the same fantastic benefits as oatmeal as described above, but the flour ensures that the water in the oatmeals is absorbed even better. Ultimately, this contributes to the taste, but also to the creaminess of your oatmeals!

Of course, all our mixes are high in protein. Protein is of course already in our other natural products, but we supplement this with natural whey protein. Whey protein is a popular dietary supplement extracted from whey, the liquid by-product created during cheese production.
Whey protein is a complete protein source, meaning it contains all the essential amino acids the body needs. This makes it a very effective source of protein for muscle building and recovery. Ideal for the recovery of muscle tissue after intensive training, but also for preventing muscle loss in general!

A real superfood. And that is not without reason. Flaxseed is an excellent plant-based source of alpha-linolenic acid (ALA), a form of omega-3 fatty acid. Omega-3 fatty acids can contribute to heart health, reduce inflammation and can also be beneficial for brain function!
In addition, linseed is extremely rich in fiber. Fiber contributes to healthy digestion, reduces the risk of constipation and helps maintain healthy cholesterol levels.
Partly for this reason, all our mixes contain 10% fiber!

Chia seeds, another fantastic superfood! This ingredient is rich in nutrients, including fiber, protein, omega-3 fatty acids, calcium, magnesium, phosphorus and antioxidants. As described earlier, this contributes to muscle recovery, intestinal health, and can have an anti-inflammatory effect. Voedzaam en heel lekker. Het enige expeditieontbijt waar ik geen buikpijn van krijg. Hulde!
Ik neem dit ontbijt altijd mee in mij rugzak als ik ga kamperen in de natuur. Het enige wat je nodig hebt is warm water. 1 keer water koken voor je proats en je kopje koffie. Heerlijk!
