Coach Jason: "How PROATS changed my morning (and my clients')"

If you know me a little, you know: I love structure, results and efficiency.
Not only in my work as an accountant, where I work 40 to 60 hours a week, but also in my company Jason Prins Coaching , where I help successful, driven men to regain their energy, health and physical condition.
And that's exactly why I eat PROATS almost every morning.
From chaos to control
I coach men who seem to have it all: a thriving business, a busy career, or a family life that never ends. But behind that exterior often lies a different story:
- No time (or attention) for their food
- Sleepless nights
- Mornings full of haste
